Your reverse osmosis system doesn't continuously stay connected to WiFi. If you receive a daily 'Lost Internet Connection' alert, it could be an issue in your account settings. The alert is no longer available so you'll need to update your alert settings. Don't worry, we'll help you through this. Follow the steps below and it'll be fixed in no time.

1. You'll need to log in on wifi.ecowater.com.
2. Once in, go ahead and choose the system on the right side of the screen:
3. Then, go to Alerts at the top of the screen.
4. Then to Manage Customer Alerts along the side of the screen.
5. Lastly, you'll scroll down and click Save Changes. This should resolve the issue, and will refresh your account with the latest alert preference updates.
