Are you experiencing some issues with your EcoWater Systems WiFi Manager App? That can be frustrating. Don't worry, we're here to help! This article will help you through some troubleshooting steps to get your system back to normal.
Click on the issue you're experiencing below.
1. You'll want to test the connection to the router. You can do this by unplugging the Hydrolink® module from the RO manifold. Then bring it closer to the router and watch for a green light. Do you have a green light?
- No Green Light - If the module still doesn't show a green light at the router, you'll need to confirm the router is connected to the internet, and that the Hydrolink® is connected to the correct WiFi network. If everything looks correct, move down to step 2.
- Green Light - If the module shows a green light at the router, but not at the install site, this indicated a problem with the WiFi connection.
2. Contact your service provider and ask them to confirm the following WiFi ports are open:
- 443, 53, 80, 55055, 55056.
New Router, Internet Provider, or WiFi Password
You'll want to follow the instructions in Connecting Your RO Device, as you would with setting up a new system. You won't have to create a new customer account because you've already got one.
